🅿️ PARKING

Parking at the orchard is very limited, so please park at Packer’s Bakery (unless you are camping), across from Willow Flat Road.

Please plan to arrive at Packer’s no later than 2:45 PM to allow plenty of time to park and catch a shuttle to the orchard before the ceremony begins.

Overnight parking: overnight parking is permitted, but you must pickup your car no later than 10 AM on 9/27, otherwise you may be towed.

🚌 SHUTTLE SERVICE

We will have two 14-passenger shuttles running throughout the evening.

Downtown Hood River → Orchard

2:00 PM

Both shuttles will make one initial pickup in downtown Hood River at 2:00 PM. The exact pickup location is TBD and will be shared once confirmed.

There are 28 seats total, so if you plan to take the shuttle from downtown, please arrive early to ensure a spot.

Packer’s Bakery → Orchard

Starting at 2:30 PM

After the initial downtown pickup, both shuttles will run back and forth between Packer’s Bakery and the orchard from 2:30–3:00 PM.

Orchard → Packer’s Bakery & Downtown Hood River

Last shuttle: 12:30 AM

Shuttles will provide return transportation throughout the evening, with the last shuttle leaving the orchard at 12:30 AM.

Return drop-offs will be available at Packer’s Bakery and downtown Hood River.
